Activation
1. Activating a Remote Access Feature on VPC.
First step is to activate(enable) remote access feature on your existing VPC subscriptions.
If you do not have existing VPC subscription with us, please deploy VPC (for instruction, click this link)
Select Network from left menu, select your VPC and click "details"
Under the menu "Remote Access VPN" (below image), Click "Enable remote access VPN" button.
Click OK
2. Within a few seconds, VPN feature is activated and ready to add user accounts.

Add User Accounts
You can managed user (add / delete / rest password) of each user account via dashboard.
How to add user account
click "add user+" button and enter username and password.
note: you can add multiple users at once by simply clicking "add user+" button to add multiple tables.
Click "Save" to register users.

How to reset user password
Select user and click "Edit" icon.
Enter a new password and click confirm.

How to delete user account
Select user and click "Delete" icon.
Confirm username to delete and click "Confirm" to delete.

Disable Remote Access (Cancel subscription)
Caution: This operation will delete all remote access users and settings from VPC and it is irreversible.
To Cancel subscription, click "Disable remote access VPN".
Read a warning and click "Yes Disable" to cancel subscription.
