Simple Backup Microsoft 365 Seats Usage

Log in to Acronis Console
https://us-cloud.acronis.com/
Download 'Microsoft 365 seats licensing report' from user icon located at upper right conner.
Open empty Excel sheet and import the downloaded csv (Don’t open the downloaded csv directly via Excel as it won’t work.)
Create PivotTable (Insert tab-> PivotTable)
- Select: Select all data
- Choose: New worksheet
Fill PivotTable Fields
- Email → Rows
- Protected workload type → Columns, and Values
Check the number of unique email address detected by Acronis. (Not the grand total for each service)
As an example below, consumed licenses are 23 seats in stead of 20.
