STEP1. Have your Activation Letter (AL)

When the VW series environment is provisioned, IIJ America sent you an Activation Letter via Email. Activation Letter contains Account information. If you are not aware of AL, please contact our Sales Rep.

STEP2. Setup VPN

The VW Admin needs to setup remote access VPN to Admin Control Panel.

SSTP setup guide for PC

#Mac OS currently does not officially support SSTP protocol, IIJA is under planning to adapt SSTP for Mac OS.

STEP3. Login to Control Panel

1. Connect VPN

2. Open Web Browser

Enter URL  on the Activation Letter. It should be like this: https://ulw999999.ivm.iij.us

3. Select HTML5 version of vSphere Client

4. Enter vCenter Admin ID and Password.

4. END

5. When you finish, make sure you logout and Disconnect VPN.
