IIJ GIOUS dashboard supports multi factor authentication for an additional layer of security.
Currently, our dashboard's supported authentication method is SMS (text msg service).

1. How to enable MFA (Two Factor Authentication)
1-1. Sign-in to Dashboard and Select "Configure MFA" from the Account menu.
1-2. Enter login password and your cell phone number. Then, click "Send verification code".
(note: cell phone carrier charges may apply when you receive a SMS)
1-3. You will receive a SMS (sample image below).
Please enter 6 digit code and click "Enroll MFA".
1-4. Click "Done" to complete setup.
1-5. Your MFA status is shown in Account menu.
1-6. You can also check current MFA status (i.e. Enabled or Disabled) from Administration > User Menu.

2. How to login Dashboard with MFA enabled account
2-1. Sign In to dashboard as usual.
2-2. When MFA is enabled, you will be asked to send a code to your registered cell phone.
In some situation, our system ask you to verify "I'm not a bot" confirmation via reCAPTCHA.
2-3. You will receive a 6 digit code via SMS service on your phone.
2-4. Enter the 6 digit code.
2-5. Log in successful.
