How to install Cato VPN Client for Windows

* This guide describes how to download, install and use the Cato VPN Client on your Windows device.

* Make sure you have admin rights of your computer before proceeding.

1. Download and Install Cato VPN client

1-1. Receive an invitation E-mail from noreply@catonetworks.com and click the activation link.

1-2. You will see Cato Networks User Portal in your web browser. Input your new password twice and click SAVE.

1-3. On the next confirmation screen, click OK.

1-4. Skip to step 1-5 if you don't see the following screen.

If you see the above "Secure your account" screen, your company is enforcing 2-factor authentication. Please see the following manual to set up 2-Factor Authentification (Setting Up 2-Factor Authentication).

1-5. Click DOWNLOAD CATO CLIENT.

1-6. Open the downloaded file (setup.exe).

1-7. User Account Control window will pop-up. Click Yes to continue.

1-8. Click Next to continue.

1-9. Select "I accept the terms in the license agreement" and click Next.

1-10. Click Next and then Install. Wait for the installation to complete.

1-11. Click Finish.

2. Connect Cato VPN client

2-1. Double click the Cato VPN Client icon on your Desktop.

2-2. Click the VPN client button in the middle to connect VPN.

2-3. If prompted, input the 6-digit verification code. Check text message (SMS) or authenticator app for the code.

2-4. It's connected!

3. Disconnect Cato VPN client

3-1. In the Cato VPN Client, click Home.

3-2. Click the VPN client button in the middle.
