1. Why have I been locked out from login?

To keep your UMM account completely secure, we allow a maximum of 20 successful logins per day. Your account will be been locked if you have exceeded the limit for the day. The counter resets every day at 12:00 AM.

2. I want to monitor Cisco Meraki devices through API, what license do I need?

UMM provides Cisco Meraki device monitoring through API.  Product details is here.

You will need following licenses.

• 1 Basic Monitor per Cisco Meraki Device
• 1 Basic Monitor for central site (Cloud Hub)
