Backup option is available to all GIO US virtual machines, but it is not activated by default. If you would like to hear further information, spec and pricing, please contact sales@iij-america.com. We are more than happy to assist you.
For those of you who has an active backup contract, please proceed.
1. Call us or contact gious-support@iij-america.com to request an restoration.
2. We will respond during IIJA business hours and process VM restoration.
We have file level restore available to windows server, please consult with us during this phase, we are happy to assist you.
3. Customer confirms VM restoration or recieves lost data.
