5/13/2022 Emergency Power Maintenance (Datacenter Upstream Facility Issue) -completed

We would like to notify that following Emergency Maintenance has completed with no impact.

This is due to the Datacenter's upstream power conversion equipment is failing to work properly and emergency de-energize of the circuit and repair is required to avoid major outage to our service.

If your colocation equipment is protected by HA(Redundant) or Dual Power (Dual PSU), you will have minor service outage. Otherwise, please prepare for the service interruption.
