HOW TO SETUP VPN

1. Your IT Administrator will distribute OpenVPN software package (.exe format),
Put a OpenVPN software (.exe) in Desktop or other desirable location on the PC. Then, click to open. You may need to have a Administrator permission to execute (.exe) file, if so, contact your PC admin.

2. Click Run.

3. Click Install.

4. Click Next.

5. Click I Agree.

6. Click Next.

7. Click Install.

8. Again, Click Install.

9. Click Finish.

How to connect VPN

Find a OpenVPN icon (desktop shortcut) or find from Windows Start menu. You need to right click on the "OpenVPN GUI" icon and select "Run as administrator".

2. You will find a following icon on the task bar menu. then click to open.

3. At the following pop-up window, enter username and password (given by your IT Admin) then click OK to connect.

4. When connected, you will see the icon indicates as "green" (=connected).
