Date: Since 1/26/2023 - 3/15/2023

Effected Service: Simple Backup Solution

Effect: Backup plans, with destination cloud storage "abgw-phx1-arp2.acronis.com", might fail with “Storage request timeout”, “Operation failed due to temporary issues in the cloud storage” and similar errors.

Root Cause: Cluster overload

Workaround: Retry the backup after some time.

Solution: This issue is partially fixed. Our vender is planning to release the permanent fix in June 2023. (Update 3/15/2023) This issue has been fixed.
