Remote Access PC setup guide [SSTP]

1. SSTP Client Configuration (Windows 10)

1-1. Go to Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center

Find "VPN" menu from the list and click "Add a VPN connection".

1-2. Enter the following information.

VPN Provider = "Windows (build-in)"

Connection name = "enter description (e.x VPN to GIO)"

Server name = "xxxxxx.iij.us"    (given by IIJA or your IT Administrator)

VPN Type = "Automatic"

Type of Sign-in info = "User name and password"

User Name (option) = "username"  (given by IIJA or your IT Administrator)

Password (option) = "password"  (given by IIJA or your IT Administrator)

click "Save" to finish.

2. How to connect or disconnect VPN

Find the VPN profile (Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections)

Find profile and click connect.

2-2. How to Disconnect from VPN

Find the VPN profile (Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network Connections)

Right Click profile and Disconnect.

3. Tips (short cut to VPN profile)

Usually under windows 10 environment you can directory go to VPN profile from task bar (below). It may be look different depending on personal desktop settings.
